居家养老模式日益成为我国养老事业的发展重点,作为居家养老设施的重要组成部分,社区“养老餐桌”满足了老年人的多种需求,在养老服务体系中起到关键作用,但在实际运营中依然存在经营不善、吸引力缺乏等问题。本研究以北京市海淀区9个新、老社区养老餐桌的使用情况为研究对象,对其在社区中的空间布局、与周围设施的功能组合、内部空间的布置情况之间的关系进行调研,通过定性分析得出在空间和功能层面上提升养老餐桌使用情况的三点关键因素。最后,根据研究结论结合国外类似实践的发展经验提出养老餐桌“少占地多数量、小规模多机能、智能化人性化”的发展方向。本研究成果可为养老餐桌的建设、改造以及如何提高其综合社会效益等方面提供参考。
As an important component of home-based retirement facilities, the community-based “pension table” meets the diverse needs of the elderly and plays a key role in the pension service system. However, in practice In operation, there still exist problems of poor management and lack of attractiveness. In this study, the use of old-age dining table in nine new and old communities in Haidian District of Beijing was studied. The relationship between the layout of the community in the community, the functional combination of the surrounding facilities and the layout of interior space was investigated. Through qualitative analysis, it is concluded that there are three key factors to improve the use of pension table at the spatial and functional level. Finally, based on the conclusion of the study and the experience of similar practice in foreign countries, we propose the development direction of “old-age dining table” with “less land occupation, small-scale multi-function and intelligent humanization”. The results of this research can provide references for the construction and renovation of pension table and how to improve its comprehensive social benefits.
