目的 探讨鼻内窥镜在鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术中应用的效果。方法 回顾性分析51例鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术与48例传统手术的临床资料。结果 鼻内窥镜组在疗效及减少并发症方面均优于传统术式组（P<0.05,P<0.01）。结论 鼻内窥镜清晰的视野下,能排除复杂因素的影响,准确地在软骨膜和骨膜下进行分离,较彻底的矫正偏曲的中隔。并可最大限度的保留中隔的骨性支架,维持中隔的坚实和弹性,较理想地恢复鼻中隔正常生理功能及减少手术并发症。
Objective To explore the effect of nasal endoscopy in the correction of nasal septum deviation. Methods The clinical data of 51 cases of nasal septum deviation correction surgery and 48 cases of conventional surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The nasal endoscopy group was superior to the traditional surgery group in terms of curative effect and complications (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions Under the clear visual field of nasal endoscope, the influence of complex factors can be ruled out, and the periosteum can be separated accurately and perimembranously. And to maximize the retention of the septal bone scaffold, to maintain the solid and flexible septum, the ideal resumption of normal nasal septum physiological function and reduce surgical complications.
