研究了Nb-V复合微合金化、加热温度和保温时间对弹簧钢60Si2MnA表面脱碳行为的影响,并运用Fick第二定律讨论了脱碳层深度与温度、时间之间的定量关系,探讨了Nb-V降低60Si2MnA表面脱碳敏感性的机理。结果表明,等温处理或等时处理,60Si2MnA的脱碳层深度的实测值和基于扩散方程的计算值具有较好的一致性,Nb-V复合微合金化可以明显降低弹簧钢60Si2MnA的脱碳敏感性。
The effects of Nb-V micro-alloying, heating temperature and holding time on the surface decarburization of spring steel 60Si2MnA were studied. The quantitative relationship between the depth of decarburization and temperature and time was discussed by Fick’s second law. Mechanism of Nb-V Decreasing Sensitivity of Surface Decarbonization of 60Si2MnA. The results show that the measured value of the depth of decarburization of 60Si2MnA is in good agreement with the calculated value based on the diffusion equation in the isothermal treatment or isochronous treatment. Nb-V micro-alloying can obviously reduce the decarburization sensitivity of spring steel 60Si2MnA Sex.
