钢管结构以其优越的力学性能在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用,而管节点设计是钢管结构设计中的重要部分。通过设计一套特殊试验装置,对9个变截面拼接节点试件进行足尺试验研究,得到此类节点的破坏荷载和破坏形态。在合理简化材料非线性和支座约束的前提下,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立节点有限元模型并进行求解,得到数值分析结果。将试验结果与有限元结果进行对比,得到一些有益的结论。
Steel structure with its superior mechanical properties in the construction has been widely used, and the design of pipe joints is an important part of the structural design of steel pipe. By designing a special test device, the full-scale test of nine specimens with variable cross-section joints was carried out, and the failure load and failure mode of such joints were obtained. On the premise of simplifying material nonlinearity and bearing constraint reasonably, a finite element model of the joint was established by finite element software ANSYS and solved. The numerical analysis results were obtained. The experimental results are compared with the finite element results to get some useful conclusions.
