在当前的公路建设施工中,水泥混凝土路面因其刚度大、强度高、水稳性好、使用寿命长、养护费用低等特点而被广泛采用。水泥混凝土路面因其路面的刚性特征使得其行车的舒适性没有沥青混凝土路面好,因此,为了增加其路面的舒适性,必须控制其路面的平整度,这就使得水泥混凝土滑模摊铺技术的出现。这项技术虽使得混凝土路面的平整度较好,但是却尚缺乏完善的工艺,而且其投资设备也很大,因此尚未广泛使用,所以在今后较长的一段时间内,水泥混凝土路面施工仍是以中、小型机械为主,但这却增加了平整度的控制难度。文章就水泥混凝土平整度的控制作了分析,以期更好地增加水泥混凝土路面的舒适性。
