以研制和开发能与井下动力钻具相匹配的中高速滑动轴承牙轮钻头为目的,从牙轮钻头滑动轴承的材质选择入手,试制成以WC和WCo类硬质合金为摩擦副工作面耐磨材质的新型滑动轴承,在充分进行室内实验的基础上进行了现场试验,为在油田推广使用该型钻头奠定了基础。
