学习的自我效能感影响学生学习行为的选择、学习行为的控制,影响学生学习目标的设置以及学习结果的归因方式等,是个体在进行学习活动时对自己能力的主观判断,因而对学生自身的发展有着十分重要的影响。在阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,本研究采用自编的中职生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感调查问卷进行调查研究,选取北京市某卫生学校护理专业15个班级的学生为调查对象,调查有效样本数为696人。对调查问卷结果的统计分析得知,学生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感整体处于比较高的水平,在调查问卷的8个维度中,自我努力感得分最高,天资感得分最低,其余6个维度的得分按照对环境影响的反应—完成学习任务的自信程度—对学习结果的归因方式—对学习行为的控制—在困难情景下的反应—无能为力感的顺序依次递减。同时对中职生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感做了4个方面的差异分析,分析结果:一年级学生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感比二年级学生高;城区学生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感比郊区学生高;在班级或校内担任职务的学生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感比未担任职务的学生高;护理学基础成绩越好的学生护理学基础课程学习自我效能感越高。依据上面的调查结果、访谈结果以及自我效能感理论,本研究提出8条培养建议,分别是努力帮助学生反复多次获得有效的成功体验;构建有效的鼓励性评价和多元化积极评价体系;建立良好的师生关系和生生关系;创造学习机会,努力提升护理教师的教学水平;提升实验教师的实验技能和增大实验教师比例;改进班级管理方法和校园管理办法;增加学生临床见习机会,加强教学与临床相结合;关注学生的心理状况。希望通过本研究能为中等职业学校的管理者及教师提供一些启示和参考。
The self-efficacy of learning affects the choice of students’ learning behavior, the control of learning behaviors, the setting of learning objectives and the way of attribution of learning outcomes, which are the subjective judgments of individuals on their abilities in conducting learning activities. Therefore, The development has a very important impact. Based on the reading of the relevant literature both at home and abroad, this study uses self-efficacy questionnaire of self-efficacy of basic nursing course of secondary vocational school students to investigate and select 15 students in nursing school of a health school in Beijing as the survey object, The number of valid samples was 696. The statistical analysis of the questionnaire results showed that the basic self-efficacy of nursing students in the basic level of learning at a relatively high level in the questionnaire in the eight dimensions, the highest score of self-effort, the lowest score of talent, the remaining six dimensions Of respondents according to the environmental impact of the response - the degree of self-confidence to complete the task of learning - the outcome of attribution of learning methods - the control of learning behavior - the reaction in difficult situations - incoherent sense of order in decreasing order. At the same time, we made a difference analysis on the self-efficacy of nursing students ’basic course learning in four aspects. The analysis results showed that the first grade students’ nursing self-efficacy was higher than that of the second grade students. The basic course of student nursing in the city studied self Higher sense of performance than the suburbs students; students in the class or school nursing basic course learning self-efficacy is higher than the students who do not hold positions; nursing basic nursing students basic learning higher basic self-efficacy. Based on the above findings, interviews and self-efficacy theory, this study proposes eight training suggestions, which are trying hard to help students obtain effective and successful experience repeatedly; building effective encouraging evaluation and multiple positive evaluation system; establishing Good relationship between students and students; Creating learning opportunities; Striving to improve the teaching quality of nursing teachers; Improving the experimental skills of experimental teachers and increasing the proportion of experimental teachers; Improving class management methods and campus management methods; Teaching and clinical combination; concerned about the psychological status of students. I hope this study can provide some enlightenment and reference for managers and teachers in secondary vocational schools.
