来自地中海国家的女记者都有共同的不幸遭遇,她们正在学习新的技能以便跻身于报界的上层。假如有更多的妇女在报纸的上层领导岗位上工作,人们就不会经常使用男人的眼光来看待世界;同样,假如报纸或其他媒体对此多作宣传,人们也就不会使用非常陈旧的眼光来看待妇女。正是基于这一设想,意大利和联合国教科文组织联合搞了一个新闻采编人员培训项目,重点培训来自地中海国家的女记者和女编辑。培训项目包括去年12月份在开罗举行的中小型新闻采编设备管理研讨班,去年3月在约旦举办的计算机辅助出版
Female journalists from Mediterranean countries share a common misfortune, and they are learning new skills in order to rank above the press. If more women work in upper-class newspapers, people will not often look at the world with a man’s eye. Likewise, if the newspaper or other media do more to promote this, people will not use the very old Looking at women. It is based on this idea that Italy and UNESCO jointly launched a training program for news reporters and editors, focusing on training female journalists and female editors from Mediterranean countries.
