施工是构成建筑工程实体的一个过程,也是实现产品最终质量目标的基础保证,要想行之有效的提高建筑工程质量,就必须在施工质量管理、施工人员素质管理、施工技术管理上下功夫.本文从建筑工程施工质量管理的角度出发,对如何提高建筑工程施工质量进行了探讨,提出了应对措施以提高建筑工程施工过程的质量管理.
