我国煤炭主要是井工开采,矿山压力与围岩控制、顶板支护等是矿山开采的重要内容。通过分析综采工作面支护系统及液压支架的特点,从开采参数和煤层赋存条件两个方面,总结了影响工作面支护系统可靠性的因素,并利用BP人工神经网络算法,建立了基于8-4-1的支护系统可靠性分析模型,通过对不同样本的计算,发现预测结果比较精确,为下一步支护提供了数据。
China’s coal mining is mainly well work, mine pressure and surrounding rock control, roof support is an important part of mining. By analyzing the characteristics of support system and hydraulic support in fully mechanized coal mining face, the factors that affect the reliability of support system are summarized from two aspects of mining parameters and coal seam occurrence conditions. By using BP artificial neural network algorithm, Based on 8-4-1 support system reliability analysis model, through the calculation of different samples, it is found that the prediction results are more accurate, which provides the data for the next support.
