短阵室性心动过速（VT）通常被认为是危险而严重的一种心律失常,它可以突然转为心室颤动而导致心脏性猝死的原因之一。24h动态心电图（DCG）监测明显优于常规心电图检查。2010年10月～2010年12月,笔者所在医院共为1000例患者进行DCG检测,其中所检出的VT共61例,现分析如下。
