站在天津滨海新区快速发展的角度,研究、评价汉沽房地产市场运行状况十分重要。通过搜集整理汉沽房地产市场发展过程中的统计数据,全面、系统地解析汉沽房地产市场历年的供需总量、供求结构、房地产价格等指标的变化,探究汉沽房地产市场的运行特征及其影响因素,同时基于房地产市场运行的基础理论,横向比较汉沽与滨海新区其他区域房地产市场,分析各指标与天津市、滨海新区房地产市场运行状况之间的内在联系,较为准确地反映当前汉沽房地产市场运行状况并提出发展建议。
From the perspective of the rapid development of Tianjin Binhai New Area, it is very important to study and evaluate the operation of the Hangu real estate market. By collecting and sorting the statistics data in the process of the development of the real estate market in Hangu, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the changes in the total supply and demand, supply and demand structure and real estate prices in Hangu’s real estate market in the past years, and explores the operating characteristics of Hangu real estate market and its influencing factors. Based on the basic theory of the real estate market operation, the paper compares the real estate market between Hangu and other parts of Binhai New Area, and analyzes the intrinsic relationship between each index and the real estate market in Tianjin and Binhai New Area. It accurately reflects the current market conditions of Hangu real estate market and puts forward Development proposals.
