本文叙述高效率PCVD法大预制棒制造技术研究的结果,包括设备的特点,1g/min高沉积速率的研究和大预制棒的制备方法。每棒拉制的光纤长度已超过20 km,最低损耗为0.36 dB/km(1.31μm波长)和0.19dB/km(1.55μm波长)。
This paper describes the results of a large preform manufacturing technology with high efficiency PCVD method, including the characteristics of the equipment, the research of high deposition rate of 1g / min and the preparation of large preform. The length of fiber drawn per rod has exceeded 20 km and the minimum loss is 0.36 dB / km (1.31 μm wavelength) and 0.19 dB / km (1.55 μm wavelength).
