目的:研究性分析顶空气相法同时测定纸杯中9种溶剂残留。方法:工作曲线绘制吸取甲苯、苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、丁酮、丙酮以及乙酸丁酷等7类指标溶液三毫升,乙醇与乙酸乙酷指标溶液两毫升,放在二十五毫升的容量瓶内。测量分峰面积,依附于指标曲线计算相关饱和度。结果:DB—1分离效果不佳,乙酸乙酷、丙酮以及丁酮峰无显著差距,因此导致和基线无法分离。结论:顶空气相法能够同时测定纸杯内的九类溶剂残留饱和度,可用于纸杯中溶剂残留量的常规检测,也可为未来制定相关检测举措指标奠定良好的基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the headspace gas method for simultaneous determination of 9 solvent residues in paper cups. Methods: The working curve drawn three toluene, benzene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, butanone, acetone and Ding Keto seven kinds of indicators such as three milliliters of ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetic acid indicator solution two ml, twenty-five milliliters of Capacity bottle. Measured peak area, attached to the indicator curve to calculate the relative saturation. Results: The separation of DB-1 was ineffective and there was no significant difference between Acetic Acid Acetate, Acetone and Butanone Peaks, which led to the inability to separate from baseline. CONCLUSION: The headspace method can determine the residual solvent saturation of nine solvents in paper cups at the same time. It can be used for routine testing of solvent residues in paper cups. It can also lay a good foundation for the future development of testing measures.
