肿瘤的发生是细胞增殖与凋亡失衡所致。一旦发生凋亡抑制,细胞得以生存和增殖,最终就会导致肿瘤的发生。目前已证实,许多恶性肿瘤的发生发展与细胞凋亡关系密切。Livin是最近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,通过死亡受体、线粒体等途径参与细胞凋亡的调节。Livin在许多肿瘤组织高表达,且在肿瘤的发生、发展和复发耐药中发挥重要作用,减少其表达为抗肿瘤治疗提供一条新途径。
Tumor is the result of an imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis. In the event of apoptosis inhibition, cells can survive and proliferate, eventually leading to tumorigenesis. Has confirmed that many of the occurrence and development of malignant tumors and apoptosis are closely related. Livin, a newly discovered member of the apoptosis-inhibitory protein family, is involved in the regulation of apoptosis through death receptors, mitochondria and other pathways. Livin is overexpressed in many tumor tissues and plays an important role in tumorigenesis, development and recurrence of drug resistance, and its expression is reduced to provide a new way for anti-tumor therapy.
