目的观察胶塞试管压力蒸汽灭菌冷凝水残留的相关因素及其干燥方法。方法通过改进胶塞试管摆放方法和分段干燥措施,解决其干燥的问题。结果采用4个干燥时段,到第4时段所有倒置摆放的胶塞试管全部干燥,且明显比传统侧放的胶塞试管干燥快,两组差异有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。随干燥时间递增,两组干燥合格率均随之上升,倒置摆放在每个时段干燥速度均高于侧放组。倒置摆放组试管内化学监测和生物监测全部合格,灭菌后试管无菌培养全部无菌生长。结论胶塞试管在压力蒸汽灭菌器内常规侧放很难干燥,采用倒立装放并延长干燥时间能提高干燥速度,且不影响灭菌效果和无破损现象。
Objective To observe the related factors and the drying methods of residual pressure of steam sterilized by rubber stopper in rubber stopper tube. Methods To solve the problem of drying by improving the method of rubber stopper tube placement and stepwise drying. Results Four drying periods were used. In the fourth period, all the inverted tube sealant tubes were all dried, which was significantly faster than that of the conventional tube placed on the sealant tube. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). With the increase of drying time, the passing rate of the two groups of dryers increased with each other, and the drying speed of each group was higher than that of the side-letting group. Inverted display group test tube chemical monitoring and biological monitoring of all qualified, sterilized sterile test tube all sterile growth. Conclusion The rubber stopper tube is difficult to dry in the conventional steam-sterilizer. The vertical drying time can be increased by using the inverted loading and extending the drying time without affecting the sterilizing effect and the non-destructive phenomenon.
