为了防止胜利孤岛油田含H2S和CO2酸性气体、采出水矿化度高的油井井下腐蚀,研制了以炔氧甲基胺及其季胺盐为主缓蚀剂,酰胺咪唑啉为复配缓蚀剂,加入多种辅助组分和加工助剂,用挤压成型方法制成的固体缓蚀剂GTH(φ55mm、L250mm的棒状物)。65℃时加量15和20mg/L的主缓蚀剂对N80钢试片在油田采出水中的缓蚀率为85%和90%,加入复配缓蚀剂使缓蚀率提高1%~2%。考察了含不同量缓蚀成分的GTH在65℃(及90℃)自来水中0~30天的动、静态溶出率,确定用于孤岛油田的GTH中缓蚀成分的含量为40%,在室内测得在油田采出水中的溶出速率为2.3~2.5mg/d.cm2,按日产液量每10m3下入2m长棒状缓蚀剂,可在一定时间内使油井采出水中缓蚀成分浓度维持在13mg/L。根据7口油井的检测数据,下入GTH后采出水的腐蚀速率平均由0.138mm/a降至0.023mm/a,缓蚀率为83%。简介了将GTH下入井内的工艺。在孤岛油田将该防腐蚀方法用于35口油井,32口井的检泵周期由4个月延长至8个月以上。图5表5参3。
