C2C交易模式已成为当前较为主流的网络购物模式,但由于缺乏统一的监管,C2C交易中买方对卖家的甄别和选择是影响购买的主要因素。基于当前的主流C2C网站,按照购买流程的售前、售中、售后三个环节,建立了一套从“隐性评价因素”选择卖家的模型,最后通过调查数据,对该模型进行了应用分析。
