长期以来,关于一对啮合齿轮产生的噪声与振动已经进行了很多系统的研究,并且基本上弄清了噪声的声源,产生机理及其特性.然而多级齿轮装置的噪声与振动,几乎还没有进行研究.本文在汽车变速齿轮装置的样机上,对多级齿轮装置的振动源和噪声源,齿轮噪声的传播路径以及齿轮箱辐射噪声的性质从理论上和实验上进行了研究,阐明了空气传播噪声和固体传播噪声,并提出了齿轮箱设计时的注意事项.
For a long time, many systematic studies have been conducted on the noise and vibration generated by a pair of meshing gears, and the sound sources, generation mechanisms and characteristics of the noise have basically been clarified. However, the noise and vibration of a multi-stage gear unit almost No research has been done.In this paper, the prototype of automotive gearshift device is studied theoretically and experimentally on the vibration sources and noise sources of multi-stage gearboxes, the propagation path of gear noise and the radiation noise of gearboxes, Airborne noise and solid-borne noise, and put forward the precautions of gearbox design.
