建立了以减压渣油的饱和烃、轻芳烃、重芳烃、软胶质、硬胶质和沥青质6个族组分和减压渣油热裂解产物气体、汽油、瓦斯油1、瓦斯油2和焦炭为集总组分的残渣油热裂解11集总反应动力学模型。以大庆、鲁宁管输减压渣油为原料分别进行了族组分的分离,得到了残渣油的6组分,并以此为原料进行了热反应实验。用实验结果求取了11集总反应动力学模型的参数,并通过3种减压渣油的热裂解反应实验结果对模型进行了验证。3种减压渣油的集总反应动力学模型的计算结果与热裂解实验结果能很好地吻合
The six components of saturated hydrocarbons, light aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy aromatics, soft gums, hard gelatine and asphaltenes with vacuum residue and pyrolysis gas of vacuum residue were established. Gasoline, gas oil 1, gas oil 2 and coke as the lumped component of the residual oil pyrolysis 11 lumped kinetic model. Resulting from the separation of Daqing and Lu Ning pipe vacuum residue as raw materials, the six components of the residual oil were separated and used as raw materials for thermal reaction experiments. The experimental results obtained the parameters of 11 lumped kinetic model, and the model was verified by the thermal cracking reaction results of three kinds of vacuum residuum. The calculation results of lumped reaction kinetic model of three kinds of vacuum residuum are in good agreement with the experimental results of pyrolysis
