目的探讨分析多巴胺受体激动剂治疗异动症临床经验交流方法选择我院在2014年5月至2016年3月期间收治的患有帕金森病使用复方左旋多巴治疗引起异动症的患者38例,根据患者的自我意愿和要求将患者分为PLD组和LID组,其中PLD组的患者22例,LID组的患者16例,对PLD组的患者使用多巴胺受体激动剂协良行(甲磺酸培高利特片)口服治疗,而LID组的患者则不进行另外的处理,使用微电极细胞外记录技术检测两组患者神经元电生理活动,并观察总结两组患者的神经元电生理活动变化。结果在使用多巴胺受体激动剂治疗之前PLD组患者的纹状体棘状神经元自发性的电生理活动与LID组的患者对比没有明显的差异,但是在使用多巴胺受体激动剂之后患者的神经元自发性的电生理活动有明显的降低,同时发现多巴胺受体激动剂对神经元的电生理活动抑制作用与药物的浓度呈正性比关系。结论使用多巴胺受体激动剂可以有效抑制和降低异动症的发生。
Objective To investigate the exchange of dopamine receptor agonists in the treatment of dyskinesia clinical experience in the selection of our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 period in patients with Parkinson’s disease treated with compound levodopa in 38 patients with dyskinesia, Patients were divided into two groups: PLD group and LID group according to their self-wishes and requirements. Among them, 22 patients in PLD group and 16 patients in LID group were treated with dopamine receptor agonist, High-dose tablets), while patients in the LID group did not undergo any additional treatment. Electrophysiological activities of neurons in both groups were detected by microelectrode extracellular recording technique. The electrophysiological changes of neurons in both groups were observed and summarized. Results There was no significant difference in spontaneous electrophysiological activity of striatal rat spinocerelar neurons in patients with PLD prior to treatment with dopamine receptor agonists as compared with patients in LID group, but there was no significant difference between patients with dopamine receptor agonist Yuan spontaneous electrophysiological activity was significantly reduced, at the same time found that dopamine receptor agonist on the electrophysiological activity of neurons and drug concentration was positively correlated. Conclusion The use of dopamine receptor agonists can effectively inhibit and reduce the incidence of dyskinesia.
