目的优化长鞭红景天Rhodiola fastigiata细胞悬浮培养体系及生长条件。方法研究基本培养基、激素、碳源、氮源等因素对长鞭红景天细胞生长和红景天苷产量的影响,建立高产红景天苷的细胞悬浮培养体系。结果 MS培养基+BA5.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L为长鞭红景天细胞悬浮培养的最适培养条件。结论对培养条件进行优化,为利用长鞭红景天细胞大规模生产天然活性成分奠定基础,为缓解野生长鞭红景天资源的匮乏提供可行途径。
Objective To optimize Rhodiola fastigiata cell suspension culture system and growth conditions. Methods The effects of basic medium, hormone, carbon source, nitrogen source and other factors on the growth of Rhodiola sachalinensis and the yield of salidroside were studied, and the cell suspension culture system of salidroside with high yield was established. Results MS culture medium BA5.0 mg / L + 2,4-D 0.1 mg / L + sucrose 30 g / L was the optimum culture condition for Rhodotorula longan suspension culture. Conclusion Optimization of culture conditions will provide a feasible way for large-scale production of natural active ingredients from Rhodiola sachalinensis and to provide a feasible way to alleviate the shortage of Rhodiola sachalinensis resources.
