灌注桩常用在地基土质不良,无法满足建筑物对地基变形和强度要求处。灌注桩一般根据使用期间可能出现的内力配筋,因此,它具有节省钢材、降低造价,噪音较低和在持力层顶面起伏不平时桩长容易控制等优点。但灌注桩在施工中影响质量的因素很多,应注意护筒埋设、桩底标高控制、沉渣排除和桩端压力灌浆工艺,防止钢筋笼上浮、桩孔偏斜和梅花孔的产生。
Grouting pile commonly used in poor soil foundation, can not meet the requirements of the building deformation and strength of the foundation. Cast-in-place piles are generally based on internal forces that may arise during use and therefore have the advantages of steel saving, low cost, low noise and easy control of the pile length when the top of the holding layer is uneven. However, there are many factors that affect the quality of cast-in-situ piles during construction. Pay attention to the construction of retaining pipes, elevation control of the bottom, sediment removal and pile-end pressure grouting to prevent the steel cage from floating up, the deviation of pile holes and the generation of plum blossom holes.
