多点成形技术是一种新型的加工技术,主要靠板料的三维曲面成形,它主要是把模具分为很多个基本体,然后通过调节基本体的高度来组成模具型面,有效的结合现代板料的成形技术,来实现板料的多点成形技术。传统模具拉形时,成形的板料是靠与模具的接触型面来实现的,多点成形时是靠与基本体球头的包络面实现,模具的型面是靠改变基本体的高度,因此模具设计简单,使制造和调试模具的时间降低,所以在多点成形时,生产成本大大降低。
