【目的】探讨破坏性行为障碍儿童青少年的情绪感受和情绪反应特征,为临床干预提供参考。【方法】采用中国儿童情感图片评价系统(7~14岁,上海版),对符合美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第4版)》(DSM-Ⅳ)诊断标准的7~14岁破坏性行为障碍儿童青少年44例,并按照性别、年龄匹配的正常儿童44例为研究对象进行情感图片评价和病例对照分析。【结果】1)与正常儿童相比,破坏性行为障碍儿童整体呈现低愉悦、低唤醒、低优势;2)在不同性质情感图片评价上,破坏性行为障碍儿童对正性图片优势度偏低,对中性图片的愉悦度和优势度水平偏低,对负性图片愉悦、唤醒和优势度水平均明显偏低;3)对于不同类型负性情感图片,破坏性行为障碍儿童对恐惧图片的唤醒度明显偏低,对愤怒图片的愉悦度和优势度评分明显偏低,对厌恶图片的愉悦度和唤醒度评分较低。在正性情绪中,破坏性行为障碍儿童对喜悦图片的优势度偏低。【结论】破坏性行为障碍儿童的情绪反应整体呈现为明显低愉悦、低唤醒、低优势。破坏性行为障碍儿童对负性刺激低唤醒是其情绪反应的特点,尤其是对恐惧和厌恶刺激低唤醒,对愤怒和厌恶刺激不愉快体验强烈。
【Objective】 To explore the emotional and emotional responses of adolescents with destructive behavior disorders and provide reference for clinical intervention. 【Methods】 The Chinese children’s emotional picture evaluation system (7 ~ 14 years old Shanghai version) was used to evaluate the destructiveness of 7-14-year-old patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅳ in the United States Forty-four children and adolescents with behavioral disorders were evaluated by emotional picture and case-control analysis according to the gender and age-matched normal children. 【Results】 1) Compared with normal children, children with destructive behavior disorder showed low pleasure, low awakening and low predominance as a whole; 2) Children with destructive behavior disorder had a lower dominance on positive pictures in the evaluation of emotion pictures of different nature , The degree of delight and dominance of the neutral picture is low, the level of delight, arousal and dominance of the negative picture is obviously low; 3) for the different types of negative emotion pictures, The awareness of arousal was obviously low, the scores of the pleasure and dominance of anger pictures were obviously low, and the pleasure and arousal of aversive pictures were low. In positive emotions, children with disruptive behavior have a low degree of dominance over the picture of joy. 【Conclusion】 The overall emotional response of children with disruptive behavior disorder is obviously low pleasure, low awakening and low predominance. Low-awakening of negative stimuli by destructive behavior disorder children is a characteristic of their emotional response, especially low awakening of fear and disgust stimulation and unpleasant experience of anger and disgust stimulation.
