本文主要介绍CNT型船用燃油粘度自动调节装置的工作原理和作为船用装置在设计上的特点。该装置由发讯、变送、调节、指示、执行机构和辅助设备等组成。装置的工作介质为1.4公斤/厘米~2的压缩空气,输出气压讯号的压力为0.2~1.0公斤/厘米~2。粘度发讯器为毛细管型,通过测量一部份被测介质(燃油)经过毛细管后产生的压差来测定被测介质的粘度。差压变送器采用力矩平衡式,结构简单,且无密封元件,特别适用于船舶。粘度调节器也是力矩平衡式,而且由于采用PI调节(比例积分调节),能消除静态偏差,提高调节精度。最后,文章介绍了该装置的实船使用数果。
This article mainly introduces the working principle of CNT type marine fuel viscosity automatic adjusting device and its design features as marine device. The device by the sending, transmission, regulation, instructions, implementing agencies and auxiliary equipment and other components. The working medium of the device is compressed air of 1.4 kg / cm ~ 2 and the pressure of the output pressure signal is 0.2-1.0 kg / cm ~ 2. The viscosity transmitter is of capillary type and measures the viscosity of the measured medium by measuring the pressure differential across a portion of the measured medium (fuel) through the capillary. Differential pressure transmitter using torque balance, simple structure, and no seal components, especially for ships. The viscosity regulator is also a torque balance, and due to the use of PI adjustment (proportional integral adjustment), to eliminate static deviation and improve the regulation accuracy.
