目的探讨不同类型高血压病对心脏构型改变的影响及其临床意义。方法对215例受检者的心脏进行超声心动图观察,其中原发性高血压组161例,包括单纯收缩压增高组(ISH)21例,单纯舒张压增高组(DSH)28例;收缩压和舒张压均增高组(BSDH)112例;并将BSDH组依24h动态血压监测按收缩压和舒张压增高次数的百分比分为收缩压大于舒张压(D0.05);D>S、S>D两个亚组比较,左房大小两者差异无统计学意义;主动脉根部内径、收缩压有统计学意义。结论不同类型的高血压患者其心脏构型改变不同。
Objective To investigate the effect of different types of hypertension on cardiac conformation and its clinical significance. Methods The heart of 215 subjects was observed by echocardiography. Among them, 161 patients with essential hypertension included 21 patients with elevated systolic pressure (ISH), 28 patients with elevated diastolic pressure (DSH), systolic pressure And 112 cases of BSDH. According to the 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in BSDH group, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (%) were divided into 58 subgroups: systolic pressure greater than diastolic pressure (D 0.05). There was no significant difference in the size of the left atrium between the two subgroups of D> S and S> D. Systolic blood pressure was statistically significant. Conclusion Different cardiac hypertrophy patients have different cardiac configurations.
