为了实现使用电弧传感检测技术对局部干法焊接过程的焊缝跟踪,对不同侧向风速下电弧的稳定性和电弧传感特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:侧向风场对焊接过程的稳定性具有较大的影响,随着侧向风速的增加,焊接过程的熄弧率明显增大。这说明在局部干法焊接环境中,焊接过程的工艺参数范围变窄。采用多元回归方法对不同侧向风速下电弧传感特性试验数据进行了处理,获得了不同侧向风速下的电弧传感模型。模型表明,随着侧向风速的增加,电弧传感的灵敏度变差。本研究的试验结果为局部干法焊接电弧传感与检测过程的实现提供了基础依据。
In order to realize the seam tracking of the local dry welding process using arc sensing technology, the stability of the arc and the sensing characteristics of the arc at different lateral wind speeds were studied. The experimental results show that the lateral wind field has a great influence on the stability of the welding process. With the increase of lateral wind speed, the arc-extinguishing rate of the welding process increases obviously. This shows that in the local dry-welding environment, the process of welding process parameters narrowed. The multi-regression method was used to deal with the experimental data of arc sensing characteristics under different lateral wind speeds, and the arc sensing model with different lateral wind speeds was obtained. The model shows that as the lateral wind speed increases, the sensitivity of arc sensing becomes worse. The results of this study provide the basis for the realization of local dry welding arc sensing and detection process.
