C-myc is a proto-oncogene involved in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation, and its expression level is known to be related to the occurrence and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [1]. The authors used a simple Hemapun 959 acetone-encapsulated plastic section prepared by the laboratory to detect the expression level of c-myc proto-oncogene in intramedullary leukemia cells of patients with AML before treatment, and to cut the same plastic bag.
