以硫酸铵和氯化钾为原料制备硫酸钾 ,添加有机溶剂可降低硫酸钾在反应体系中的溶解度而快速析出。实验研究了 10余种有机溶剂在不同浓度对 K2 O收率的影响 ,其中 3种较为有效 ,并进行五因素四水平优化条件实验 ,得出适宜条件 :反应温度 2 5~ 30℃ ;反应时间 90~ 12 0 min;有机溶剂质量分数 5 0 %左右 ;硫酸铵初始质量分数2 8%~ 35 % ;原料配比 n(K2 Cl2 ) / n〔(NH4 ) 2 SO4 〕=0 .9~ 1.0 3,K2 O收率可达 90 %以上
Ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride as raw materials to prepare potassium sulfate, adding organic solvents can reduce the solubility of potassium sulfate in the reaction system and rapid precipitation. The effects of more than 10 kinds of organic solvents on the yield of K2 O were studied experimentally. Three of them were more effective. The optimum conditions were five factors and four levels. The optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 25-30 ℃, the reaction time 90 ~ 12 0 min, the mass fraction of organic solvent is about 50%, the initial mass fraction of ammonium sulfate is 28% ~ 35%, and the ratio of raw materials to n (K2Cl2) / n (NH4) 2SO4 = 0.9 ~ 1.0 3, K2 O yield up to 90%
