近年研究发现肺血管、支气管平滑肌收缩,可能与血栓素A_2(TXA_2)和前列环素(PGI_2)平衡失调有关。血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))分别为TXA_2和PGI_2的代谢产物。本文通过对21例哮喘发作期及其中16例缓解期儿童TXB_2和6-K-PGF_(1α)水平变化的观察,以探讨花生四烯酸代谢与哮喘发作的关系。
In recent years, studies have found pulmonary vascular and bronchial smooth muscle contraction may be related to imbalance of TXA_2 and PGI_2. Thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F_1 (6α) (6-K-PGF_ (1α)) were the metabolites of TXA_2 and PGI_2, respectively. In this paper, 21 cases of asthma attack and 16 cases of remission in children TXB_2 and 6-K-PGF_ (1α) levels were observed in order to explore the relationship between arachidonic acid metabolism and asthma attacks.
