内齿轮是不能在万能铣床上加工的,它需要专门的机床才能加工。过去我厂在制造3一般马力减速机的内齿轮时,由於没有这种专门机床,只好在牛头鉋床上鉋切,不但生产效率低,而且质量差。当我们制造7.5马力的减速机时,遇到的是螺旋内齿轮,鉋床就无法加工了。为了克服这个困难,我们改进了在万能铣床上铣切内齿轮的工具,这工具不但可以铣直齿内齿轮,还可以铣螺旋内齿轮,经过使用,在效率和质量方面都比以前高,现在介绍如下。
