针对栓塞血管及时、快速溶栓是治疗心脑、肢体等血管血栓性疾病的关键之一。但溶栓过程中的出血和再栓塞等问题始终未得到很好的解决,仍需要大量的体外溶栓实验研究。体外血栓模型的设计和完善是每个体外实验研究的必需技术,且直接影响到溶栓效果的评价,但目前国内外尚缺乏统一、标准的模型设计。现就近年来文献报道的常用体外血栓形成模型及其标准化进行探讨。
Timely and rapid thrombolysis for embolization of blood vessels is one of the keys to the treatment of vascular thrombotic diseases such as heart and brain and limbs. However, the problems of bleeding and re-embolization during thrombolysis have not been well solved, and a large number of experimental studies on thrombolysis in vitro are still needed. The design and improvement of in vitro thrombus model is an essential technique in every in vitro experimental study and has a direct impact on the evaluation of thrombolytic effect. However, there is a lack of a unified and standard model design at home and abroad. Now in recent years reported in the literature commonly used in vitro thrombosis model and its standardization are discussed.
