在中国社会转型过程中 ,人们的生活方式、交往方式和价值观都发生了巨大的变化 ,同时也面临着社会信任危机。社会信任对社会交往方式有一定的依赖性。在市场经济社会 ,传统的人格信任必然向现代的系统信任转变。重建中国社会的社会信用系统 ,应确立法律制度的权威性 ,规范政府行为 ,建立社会信用制度。 In the process of social transformation in China, great changes have taken place in people’s life style, communication style and values, as well as the crisis of social trust. Social trust has certain dependence on social interaction. In a market economy and society, the traditional personality trust must inevitably change to the modern system trust. To rebuild social credit system in Chinese society, we should establish the authority of legal system, regulate government behavior and establish social credit system.
