要想使企业的内部凝集力增加,提高员工的工作积极性,企业就要加强人力资源管理工作。企业的人力资源管理不仅影响着企业的利益,对于员工自身的利益也有着非常大的影响。所以,企业人力资源管理工作一定要不断的创新,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,增将员工的工作责任感。本文对企业人力资源管理创新的途径进行了分析。
In order to increase the internal cohesion of enterprises and improve the enthusiasm of employees, enterprises should strengthen human resources management. Human resources management of enterprises not only affects the interests of enterprises, but also has a very big impact on the employees’ own interests. Therefore, the enterprise human resources management must be constant innovation, so that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market place, by the staff’s sense of responsibility. This article analyzes the ways of innovation of human resource management in enterprises.
