设计并制作了不同纤维掺量(0.6%、1.2%、1.8%)的36个小梁试件,进行了不同龄期(1d、2d、3d、7d、28d)钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性试验。利用ASTM C1018韧度指数法对试验结果进行评价。结果表明,不同龄期条件下钢纤维混凝土韧度指数变化不明显,但纤维掺量对韧度指数有较大影响,且对早龄期混凝土影响显著。随龄期增长,初裂韧性有显著提高。早龄期钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧度指数比值介于1.95~2.20之间,与理想弹塑性参数2较为接近。纤维掺量1.2%的钢纤维混凝土有良好的塑性性能。
36 trabecular specimens with different fiber contents (0.6%, 1.2%, 1.8%) were designed and fabricated. The flexural toughness tests of steel fiber reinforced concrete at different ages (1d, 2d, 3d, 7d and 28d) were carried out. The test results were evaluated using ASTM C1018 tenacity index method. The results show that the toughness index of steel fiber reinforced concrete is not obvious under different age conditions, but the fiber content has a greater impact on the toughness index, and has a significant impact on early age concrete. With age, early fracture toughness increased significantly. The flexural toughness index ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete aged from 1.95 to 2.20, which is close to the ideal elastic-plastic parameter 2. Fiber content of 1.2% steel fiber reinforced concrete has good plastic properties.
