介绍了紫外光通信系统的优点、原理及组成。为了提高探测器的量子效率和灵敏度,分析了几种典型的光阴极材料的光谱响应特性曲线,据此提出了改进探测器的设计方案,并找到了合适的改进材料。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。
The advantages, principles and composition of UV communication system are introduced. In order to improve the quantum efficiency and sensitivity of the detector, the spectral response curves of several typical photocathode materials were analyzed. The design scheme of the improved detector was put forward and suitable modified materials were found out. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by experiments.
