目的 进一步评价胶体染料试纸条免疫诊断试剂盒 (DDIA)诊断血吸虫病的现场应用价值。 方法 在非传播季节 ,用 Kato- Katz3片法现场筛选粪阳病人 ,在吡喹酮治疗前及治疗后 2和 4个月分别用 DDIA,DGS- COPT和 SEA-EL ISA试剂盒做血检 ,Kata- Katz法做粪检 ;比较 3种试剂盒治前阳性检出率和治后阳性率的变化。 结果 治前DDIA、DGS- COPT和 SEA- EL ISA阳性率分别为 96 .6 9%、90 .0 8%和 98.36 % ,DDIA与 SEA- EL ISA比较差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.46 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ,与 DGS- COPT比较差异明显 (χ2 =4.2 8,P<0 .0 5 ) ;治愈后 2和 4个月 3种试剂盒阴转率均较低 ;30例健康人 DDIA均为阴性。 结论 DDIA诊断试剂盒具有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,方法快速、简便 ,适于血吸虫病现场大规模筛查
Objective To further evaluate the value of colloidal dye strip immunoassay kit (DDIA) in diagnosis of schistosomiasis. Methods During the non-transmission season, fecal positive patients were screened by Kato-Katz3 method. Blood samples were tested by DDIA, DGS-COPT and SEA-EL ISA before and after praziquantel treatment at 2 and 4 months. Kata-Katz method for fecal examination; compare the three kits positive control rate and post-treatment positive rate changes. Results The positive rates of DDIA, DGS-COPT and SEA-EL ISA before treatment were 96.69%, 90.08% and 98.36%, respectively. There was no significant difference between DDIA and SEA-EL ISA (χ2 = 1.46, P> (P <0.05). There was a significant difference compared with DGS-COPT (χ2 = 4.2 8, P <0.05). The negative conversion rates of three kits were lower at 2 and 4 months after treatment, All negative. Conclusion DDIA diagnostic kit has high sensitivity and specificity, and the method is rapid and simple, suitable for large-scale on-site screening of schistosomiasis
