目的:观察枸杞多糖对去卵巢大鼠心脏结构及功能的影响。方法:将30只Sprague-Dawley(SD)雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、去卵巢组、补佳乐组、枸杞多糖高剂量组及枸杞多糖低剂量组,行超声心动图(UCG)检查,取心脏组织石蜡包埋,行HE染色。结果:与假手术组相比,去卵巢组大鼠LVID-d、LVAW-s及LVPW-s均增厚,LV Mass、LV Vol-d及LV Vol-s均增大差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),心肌细胞排列紊乱,细胞间隙增大;与去卵巢组比较,枸杞多糖高剂量组可以改善大鼠心脏LVPW-s、LV Mass及心肌形态的变化(P<0.05)。结论:枸杞多糖可以通过改善去卵巢大鼠心脏结构及功能防治绝经后心血管病变。
Objective: To observe the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on the structure and function of the heart in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Thirty Sprague-Dawley (SD) female rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, ovariectomized group, nocturinary group, LBP high dose group and LBP low dose group. Echocardiography (UCG) , Take the heart tissue paraffin embedding, HE staining. Results: LVID-d, LVAW-s and LVPW-s in the ovariectomized group were thicker than those in the sham-operated group, while LV Mass, LV Vol-d and LV Vol- (P <0.05 or P <0.01), the myocardial cells were disordered and the intercellular space was increased. Compared with the ovariectomized group, the LBP high dose group could improve the changes of LVPW-s, LV Mass and myocardial morphology ). CONCLUSION: Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can prevent postmenopausal cardiovascular disease by improving cardiac structure and function of ovariectomized rats.
