目的:对姜味草精油与提取物清除自由基活性进行研究。方法:选择1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH)体外清除活性模型,采用分光光度法,测定其DPPH清除率曲线,以EC50值评价其清除DPPH活性。结果:姜味草精油DPPH清除活性EC50值为0.21%;其甲醇和乙醇提取物清除DPPH的EC50分别为0.052mg·mL-1和0.554mg·mL-1。结论:姜味草精油及其提取物具有较强的清除DPPH活性。
Objective: To study the scavenging free radical activity of ginger grass essential oil and extract. Methods: The DPPH scavenging activity of DPPH was determined by spectrophotometry. The DPPH scavenging activity of DPPH was determined. The DPPH activity of scavenging DPPH was evaluated by EC50. Results: The EC50 value of DPPH scavenging activity of ginger grass essential oil was 0.21%. The EC50 of scavenging DPPH of methanol and ethanol extracts were 0.052 mg · mL-1 and 0.554 mg · mL-1, respectively. Conclusion: Ginger grass essential oil and its extracts have strong DPPH scavenging activity.
