本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAXExtend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在294nm波长下对烯酰吗啉·唑嘧菌胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,烯酰吗啉和唑嘧菌胺线性相关系数分别为1.0000、1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.089、0.033;变异系数分别为0.44%、0.12%;平均回收率分别为100.0%、99.9%。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography with methanol + water as mobile phase, the use of ZORBAXExtend-C18, 5μm as a filler stainless steel column and diode array detector at 294nm wavelength of dimethomorph imidacloprid suspension For separation and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dimethomorph and pyrimethanil were 1.0000 and 1.0000, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.089 and 0.033, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.44% and 0.12% respectively. The average recoveries were 100.0% and 99.9% respectively.
