目的 :研究瑞香狼毒 (SC)小于 10 0 0 0分子量醇提部位体外抗肿瘤活性。方法 :制备SC分子量小于 10 0 0 0醇提部位(SCES)制剂 ,小鼠口服不同剂量SCES及服药后不同时间采血 ,分离血清。SCES药物血清处理BEL - 740 2、SGC - 790 1和L -12 10细胞 ,检测细胞MTT转化率。结果 :SCES药物血清对BEL - 740 2、SGC - 790 1和L - 12 10细胞MTTformazan的形成均有显著的抑制作用 ;随着给药剂量的增加 ,药物血清的细胞增殖抑制作用增强。 5 %的 3~ 2 4g·kg-1药物血清处理BEL - 740 2、SGC- 790 1和L - 12 10细胞 48h ,抑制率分别为 16 .6 0 %~ 5 6 .88% ,2 7.5 3%~ 5 6 .11% ,37.73%~ 6 7.0 8% ;6g·kg-11、2、4、8h药物血清 ,抑制率分别为 6 .18%~ 2 9.2 1% ,9.6 2 %~ 35 .13% ,17.13%~ 45 .91%。结论 :SCES有明显抗肿瘤作用 ;对不同肿瘤细胞有明显选择性
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-tumor activity of alcohol extracts of Stellera chamaejasme L. (SC) less than 1000 molecular weight in vitro. Methods: SCES preparations with SC molecular weight less than 10 000 were prepared. The mice were orally administered with different doses of SCES and blood samples were taken at different times after administration. Serum was separated from the samples. The BEL - 740 2, SGC - 790 1 and L - 12 10 cells were treated with SCES serum. The MTT conversion rate of cells was measured. Results: SCES serum significantly inhibited the formation of MTTformazan in BEL - 7402, SGC - 7901 and L - 1210 cells. With the increase of the dose of SCES, the inhibition of cell proliferation was enhanced. The inhibitory rates of BEL - 7402, SGC - 7901 and L - 1210 cells treated with 5-2% of 3 ~ 24g · kg -1 serum were 16.60% ~ 56.88% and 7.57% respectively % ~ 5 6 .11%, 37.73% ~ 6 7.0 8%. The inhibition rates of 6g · kg-11, 2, 4 and 8h drug serum were 6.18% -2.229.1% and 9.62% -35, respectively. 13%, 17.13% ~ 45 .91%. Conclusion: SCES has obvious anti-tumor effect; obvious selectivity to different tumor cells
