目的研究有效沟通在手术室护理中的应用及价值。方法根据随机数字表方法对70例2016年1月—2017年6月收取的手术室患者进行分组,例数相同。对照组采用手术室常规护理,有效沟通组在对照组基础上采取有效沟通。就两组患者手术治疗配合评分、术中焦虑情绪、术中机体疼痛评分和手术室护理满意度、护理纠纷发生率进行比较。结果有效沟通组手术室护理满意度明显高于对照组,护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,手术治疗配合评分、术中焦虑情绪、术中机体疼痛评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论有效沟通在手术室护理中的应用及价值高,可通过有效沟通,减轻患者不良情绪,提高其手术配合行为,减轻机体疼痛,提高护理满意度,减少护理纠纷。
Objective To study the application and value of effective communication in operating room nursing. Methods According to the random number table method, 70 patients in the operating room collected from January 2016 to June 2017 were divided into groups with the same number of cases. The control group received routine nursing in the operating room, and the effective communication group adopted effective communication based on the control group. On the two groups of patients with surgical treatment score, intraoperative anxiety, intraoperative pain score and satisfaction with operating room care, nursing disputes were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of operating room nursing in effective communication group was significantly higher than that in control group, the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that in control group. The score of surgical treatment, the intraoperative anxiety and intraoperative pain scores were significantly better than those of control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The effective communication in operating room nursing is highly valuable and effective. It can reduce the adverse emotions, improve the cooperation of the patients, reduce the body pain, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce nursing disputes through effective communication.
