利用光学金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学检测手段对EX30钢用两种管状焊丝熔敷金属的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:Mn、Si、Ni含量较高的熔敷金属综合力学性能更优,其粒状贝氏体更多,拉伸断口韧窝更深且夹杂较少,冲击断口韧窝区域比例更大。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of EX30 steel deposited by two kinds of tubular welding wires were investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical testing. The results show that the deposited metal with higher content of Mn, Si and Ni has better mechanical properties, more granular bainite, deeper tensile fracture dimples and less inclusions, and a larger proportion of impact fracture dimples.
