年薪制是企业成长阶段管理人员形成专业化的必经之路,即为进行有效决策,保障企业中高层不受企业第三利益方影响,不与企业工作人员抢占利益。本文基于某中型企业的连续两年中高层薪酬数据,对该企业的数据进行有效、有目标地进行数据清洗梳理,利用SPSS聚类,回归分析,Excel的Power view进行呈现,最终为企业以数据方式凸显薪酬结构中存在问题,为年薪制改革提供数据支持和分析依据。
The annual salary system is the only way for the managers to form specialization during the growth stage of an enterprise. That is, to make effective decision-making, to protect the middle and senior management of the enterprise from the third interests of the enterprise and not to seize interests with the enterprise staff.
