自从2004年古越龙山“亮剑”央视以来,黄酒市场逐渐升温,黄酒的春天已经来临。黄酒消费市场的地域界限正逐渐被打破,然而,制约黄酒发展的另一瓶颈——季节性界限已被各家黄酒企业提上议事日程。季节性差异问题是目前制约黄酒销售的主要问题,漫长的夏季,使许多资源闲置了下来,造成了极大的浪费。未来黄酒的潜力市场是在夏天,夏天要占去全年时光的1/4,南方夏季更长,要占1/3多,潜力可谓非凡。时光倒推到詹宋王朝以前,在酒类品种奇缺的年代,黄酒独占鳖头,出尽了风头,无论春秋冬夏,黄酒给我们先人带来了无穷的乐趣和浪漫,他们把酒临风,意语言表,韩愈的“一樽春酒甘若饴,丈人此乐无人知”。杜甫:“人生几何春与夏,不放香醪如蜜甜”。而在今天,夏天成为消费的淡季,一入夏,各大黄酒厂销量明显下降,季节成了黄酒企业销量提升的瓶颈。要让消费者一年四季畅饮黄酒,享受和先人一样的乐趣,黄酒扰必须要打破夏天这块坚冰。
