很多敏感元件的特性曲线是非线性的,为了与电子数字计算机配合工作,必须通过各种线性化电路使之变为线性电压,再用数字电压表转换成相应的数字。这种把曲线变为直线并经两次转换的方法,不仅增加了电路的复杂性,而且会增加成本和不稳定性,这给敏感元件的开发应用带来了困难。本文提出一个新原理,可以根据敏感元件不同的特性曲线来设计电路,采取适当的校准技术,经一次转换就将被测物理量直接转换成相应的数字。文中对新旧方法作了比较,并介绍了计算公式与部分应用实例。
Many sensitive components of the characteristic curve is non-linear, in order to work with the electronic digital computer must be made through a variety of linearization circuit into a linear voltage, then digital voltmeter converted to the corresponding number. This method of changing the curve into a straight line and twice conversion not only increases the complexity of the circuit, but also increases the cost and the instability, which brings difficulties to the development and application of the sensitive components. In this paper, a new principle is proposed, which can design the circuit according to the different characteristic curves of the sensitive components and adopt appropriate calibration techniques to directly convert the measured physical quantities into the corresponding numbers after a conversion. The article compares the old and new methods, and introduces the calculation formula and some application examples.
