[目的]摸清乡镇卫生防保队伍情况,掌握镇级防保机构的人员现状,以合理配置和利用防保机构人力资源。[方法]采用普查的方法,按统一设计的调查表,对各乡镇防保科所有在岗人员进行问卷调查。[结果]全县防保人员年龄偏大,40岁以上人员占49.9%;学历层次低,无学历人员占45.5%;职称偏低,初级以下占80%;公共卫生专业人员不足,近10年新进入防保队伍人员抽用乡村医生比例占54.1%,公共卫生专业毕业和具备公共卫生执业资格人员为0%。且新进入防保队伍的人员在5年之内并不稳定,78.69%的人员工龄未到5年。[结论]乡镇防保人员数量不足、年龄偏大、学历层次低、公共卫生专业人员严重溃泛。
[Objective] To find out the situation of township health prevention and protection team and grasp the status quo of personnel in town defense agencies in order to rationally allocate and utilize the human resources of the prevention agencies. [Methods] With the method of census, according to the questionnaire of unified design, all the on-the-job staff in each township prevention and control department were surveyed. [Results] The age of anti-protection personnel in the county was relatively large, accounting for 49.9% of those over 40 years of age; low level of education, 45.5% of them without qualification; low title, 80% below junior level; insufficient public health professionals, nearly 10 years The proportion of rural doctors newly recruited by anti-protection team accounted for 54.1%, public health professional graduates and public health practitioners qualified 0%. The new personnel entering the anti-protection team are not stable within 5 years and 78.69% have not reached 5 years of service. [Conclusions] The number of township prevention and protection workers is insufficient, the age is relatively large, and the academic level is low, and the public health professionals are seriously wiped out.
