对松毛虫质型多角体病毒杀虫剂中的杂菌检测表明,制剂中不含高等动物致病茵,细菌不再继续增殖。抑灭菌试验表明,适当浓度的洗必泰、洁尔灭、磺胺及苯甲酸钾等对制剂中的真菌有控制效果。用丙酮按1:1处理离心沉淀物使制剂中的杂菌含量减少了1000倍。用等量过饱和乳糖丙酮处理离心沉淀物可获得粉剂。经测定,除叠氮钠处理的制剂外,其它处理在毒力上与对照无差异。
Bacteriological tests on Dendrolimus polyhedrosis virus insecticides showed that there was no higher animal pathogen in the preparation and the bacteria no longer proliferated. Inhibition of sterilization test showed that the appropriate concentration of chlorhexidine, benzalkonium, sulfonamides and potassium benzoate and other fungi in the preparation of the control effect. Centrifugation of the precipitate with acetone at 1: 1 reduced the amount of bacteria in the formulation by a factor of 1000. Dusts can be obtained by treating the pellets with an equal amount of saturated lactose acetone. It was determined that, except for sodium azide-treated formulations, other treatments were not virulently different from the control.
