资源的不断衰竭与多变的经济态势,使得发展循环经济成为必然。发展县域经济现状下的循环经济近年来更是受到各界高度重视,构建与县域经济现状相适应的评价指标体系对其循环经济进行综合评价具有重大意义。本文以四川省营山县为例,通过实地多次调研,构建了以三个一级指标为骨架,七个二级指标为支撑,三十四个三级指标为基础的循环经济评价指标体系。 The continuous depletion of resources and changing economic situation, making the development of circular economy has become inevitable. In recent years, the development of circular economy under the current state of the county economy has drawn great attention from all walks of life. It is of great significance to construct an evaluation index system that is suitable for the present state of the county economy for its comprehensive evaluation of the circular economy. Taking Yingshan County in Sichuan Province as an example, this paper constructs a circular economy evaluation index system based on three first-level indicators, seven second-level indicators and thirty-four third-level indicators .
